Our World Class Automotive Manufacturer located 25 miles Southwest of Jackson, Mi. NOW has Openings for: Paint Operators: Spray Gun (NO Respirator for this position). This position is: 2nd Shift-Shift Assignment: 300pm-1100pm. Client is offering Permanent Placement after 90 days. Full Time Wages starting at: $18.35/hr. + shift premium =$18.85/hr. then increased to $19.35/hr. +shift premium = $19.85/hr. after 90 days.
Responsibilities to Include but are not limited to:
Maintain safe work environment in accordance with 5S safety guidelines.
Satisfy production requirements on the line.
Produce parts to specifications.
Perform basic process and maintenance troubleshooting.
Check paint thickness utilizing a delta scope.
Accurately maintain quality work base.
***NO Respirator Needed: Just Steel Toe Boots, Safety Glasses and Ear Plugs.
This position is Entry Level: Candidates must be able to read, write, understand safety, gages, basic math, spray systems, quality, and maintenance, and lift/carry up to 50lbs. Candidates MUST have and be able to produce a copy of their HS Diploma or GED and be able to PASS pre employment screening including a back ground check, drug screen and skill testing.
