Advance Employment seeking a full time Account Manager to join our Kalamazoo team to help in managing & expanding our client relationships. We are an innovative company building solutions to help other companies hire top talent. This position requires the ability to multitask & an unwavering desire & drive to GROW.
Schedule
8 AM 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate
$15 17/hr
Responsibilities
Source candidates through various online channels
Screen resumes & applications
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
Recruit - Leads & cold calls
Schedule & conduct interviews
Conduct tests to determine candidate eligibility
Build & maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs & identify key areas of support
Resolve any issues & address complaints to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
