Our World Class Automotive Supplier located in Eaton Rapids, Mi. Has an immediate need for a Direct Hire Talent Acquisition Specialist.   We offer a competitive salary of $50k to $66k and great Blue Cross-Blue shield benefits.

Role Summary
Summary of Responsibilities
The Recruiter will provide primary support in the recruitment of employees to fulfill staffing needs through the advertisement of open positions, keeping detailed records about candidates, and guide applicants through the recruiting process. The Recruiter will describe businesses to potential employees and explain why they are appealing places to work.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct recruiting activities to support staffing needs, to include but not limited to job fairs.
  • Maintain community ties in order to effectively maintain pool of available candidates.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers to determine qualifications
  • Conduct interviewing 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact.
  • Complete onboarding requirements prior to employee orientation, to include background checks and drug screening
  • Encourage safety and housekeeping practices and lead by example.
  • Participate in Continual Improvement activities.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
  • Postsecondary education in business, Human Resources or related field
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources related field preferred
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Two years of full cycle recruiting preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS 
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask
