Job Description
- We have multiple openings for experienced Quality Engineers for our World Class Automotive Client located in Shelbyville, Indiana. These are Direct Hire positions:

- Directs the customer and supplier related functions pertaining to quality.
- Directs collection of data from customers and suppliers and supports internal publication of data.
- Addresses any die casting, machining, or finishing product issues in house and at the customer.
- Monitors customer rejects and complaints. Provides data internally.
- Works with customers to develop trust and reliable partnerships.
- Works with, trains and develops Ryobi Quality Representatives in the field as assigned.
- Assists in the process and quality training of Plant personnel.
- Conducts and tracks progress of all 8D, CAR, PAR reports.
- Explains the reports in detail to the customer. Assists 8D champion with its development.
- Complies with all safety and company policies.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
- Visits customer and supplier plants as needed.
